Just to inform everyone who directly participated in our Pageant that we are currently in the throes of processing our Inclement Weather Insurance claim, having been forced to abandon the Event due to so much rain adversely affecting the Site and thereby impacting on Public Safety.

To date we have already met up with AXA’s appointed Loss Adjustor at the Event Site and shown him the photos of  the destroyed Ticket entrance tent as well as the recovery processes of the many bogged-down vehicles during Sunday afternoon and evening, through to Monday Lunchtime.

The next stage has also been completed - in that all relevant invoices, including any contractual agreements, of the incurred expenses, have been forwarded onto AXA for their determination and subsequent approval.

The appointed Loss Adjustor has already stated that they we will try and complete their due claim process as soon as is possible.

We therefore ask all concerned to bear with us until such time as when we receive the requested claim settlement.

We will however post further progress updates as we receive them.
